This whole thing started when Anima and Animus were kids, which explains quite a few things. The biscuit hammer is probably supposed to look like a toy hammer, blues drive monster looks like a pokapon toy, the beasts of the beasts knights were probably animals that Anima knew about as a kid and some of Animus's golems look like either a kid made it or something a kid would find cool.

Next episode will be the final battle and I'm quite worried with potential cut content. It seems they might do 4 chapters in one episode which isn't really possible unless they cut out the opening and ending, but even then there'd still be some cut content.
Or they could do 4 chapters over the course of the next 2 episodes and 6 chapters through the last 2 episodes. This is probably what's going to happen. There'll still be some cut content but not as bad as rushing 4 chapters in one episode.

There are 10 chapters left to adapt and the next 4 chapters in the manga are called the final battle which is why I think the next episode could rush through it all.

That being said, I just realized that they could do 2 chapters each for the next 2 episodes and 3 chapters each for the last 2 episodes. I'm hoping that's what happens as that is more balanced.

Specially since that lat battle has some really amazing scenes and will be a shame if they end up rushing it all

Its got some similarities for sure, the whole burning exploding crashing spaceship and twins thing is pretty spot on

I have to be honest. The plot for the series makes me want to bang my head against a wall. No little girl thinks the way Samidare did in this episode. Absolutely none. Her goals of wanting to destroy the earth also make no sense. Animus instantly becoming a psycho because some random doctor said he was a god also makes no sense. This mangaka clearly has no idea how human nature works, or at the very least decided to take extreme liberties when writing this.

My sibling fights barely lasted a day at most before we were both tired of it, imagine feuding for literal centuries

Also nice to know that Animus was generally unhinged even as a child instead of having a tragic backstory that drove him crazy lol. Poor Anima lost all of her liveliness as a child though :(

I see why this anime got 24 episodes. Main plot(s) terrible, sub-plots good, Context/real-main-plot good. I'll consider upgrading to 6/10 but will likely keep 5/10 with a mixed recommendation/feelings review.

So the twins are in fact from the future, where technology was more advanced, but they somehow ended up psychics with god-like powers. Each time Animus destroys the Earth, for some reason time goes backwards, which explains why he keeps destroying the Earth to eventually reach point of beginning. Animus is a psychopath. Childlike stuff (hammer, beasts, golems, et cetera) is because they started this as children. Princess wanting to also destroy Earth as seems like only way for her to fulfill her wish, I blame Anima on this, someone will probably change her path.

Next episode is "last episode" even though 4 more episodes.

This episode was 6/5 for me

The climatic battle is upon us.
